Refund policy

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products—including jewelry, handmade goods, and small-batch items—we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will be happy to assist.

To start a return, you can contact us at olivepatinadenver@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 5505 west 20th Ave unit 156 Edgewater Co 80214

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

WORKSHOP POLICY

All workshop bookings are final.

Due to limited seating and advance preparation, we are unable to offer refunds once a booking is confirmed.

If you are unable to attend, you may:

  • Transfer your spot to another guest, or

  • Request a one-time credit toward a future workshop if notified at least 48 hours in advance

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop are non-transferable and non-refundable.

In the rare case that Olive Patina cancels a workshop, a full refund or credit will be provided.
