We currently ship within the United States.

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Olive Patina is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Once an order has been marked as delivered, Olive Patina is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
